PRO-DEAN OF POSTGRADUATE STUDIES OFFICE
The Pro-Dean of Postgraduate Studies Office is responsible for the development, planning, organization, proposal, promotion, coordination, supervision, monitoring, and oversight of the institution’s postgraduate education activities and policies.
Its duties include:
- Guiding the academic community linked to the university’s postgraduate programs in their various national and international needs;
- Proposing guidelines, when applicable, for institutional coordination among postgraduate programs;
- Representing UFPR’s postgraduate education interests to the external community, funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and national and international forums.
POSTGRADUATE INTERNATIONALIZATION TEAM
The Pro-Dean of Postgraduate Studies Office has an internationalization team to support international activities related to the Postgraduation Programs, known as “PPGs”. Its duties include:
- Managing and carrying out administrative activities to support the internationalization of UFPR’s postgraduate activities
- Providing up-to-date information and guidance on general institutional procedures related to postgraduate internationalization activities
- Keeping the institutional website up to date and promoting the internationalization of UFPR’s postgraduate programs
- Planning and monitoring the use of resources from the UFPR Postgraduate School’s institutional internationalization programs
- Organizing and presenting reports for the annual evaluations of UFPR’s institutional postgraduate internationalization programs
WELCOMING FOREIGN STUDENTS
A guide was prepared by the Pro-Dean of Postraduate Studies Office, with support from the International Relations Office of UFPR, to assist foreign students who wants to study at UFPR.
