Planejamento estrat\u00e9gico do programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomenda-se a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o conforme os referenciais da CAPES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.br\/capes\/pt-br\/centrais-de-conteudo\/documentos\/avaliacao\/15052025_Planejamentoestratgico_CT115.05.2025.pdf\">Guia para elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de planejamento estrat\u00e9gico<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/capes\/pt-br\/centrais-de-conteudo\/documentos\/avaliacao\/15052025_CT1_Template_Planejamento_Estrategico.pdf\">Modelo (template) elaborado pela CAPES<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/capes\/pt-br\/acesso-a-informacao\/acoes-e-programas\/avaliacao\/relatorios-tecnicos-dav-e-grupos-de-trabalho\/estudos-e-analises-tecnicas-sobre-avaliacao\">Relat\u00f3rios e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O planejamento deve contemplar o diagn\u00f3stico do programa, suas metas e a\u00e7\u00f5es, estrat\u00e9gias de m\u00e9dio e longo prazo (ensino, pesquisa, internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto social) e seu&nbsp;<strong>alinhamento ao PDI da UFPR.&nbsp;<\/strong>Para demonstrar o alinhamento ao PDI da UFPR,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prppg.ufpr.br\/site\/pb\/planejamento-institucional-e-autoavaliacao-stricto-sensu-2023\">consulte o relat\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico elaborado pela PROPG<\/a>.Para demonstrar o alinhamento ao PDI da UFPR,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ufpr.br\/propg\/cpgss\/autoavaliacao-e-planejamento\/\">consulte o relat\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico elaborado pela PROPG<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pol\u00edtica de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o do programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta deve incluir pol\u00edtica de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o que esteja alinhada \u00e0 pol\u00edtica institucional da UFPR e produza informa\u00e7\u00f5es que subsidiem o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ufpr.br\/propg\/cpgss\/autoavaliacao-e-planejamento\/\">Modelo (template) elaborado pela PROPG<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/capes\/pt-br\/centrais-de-conteudo\/10062019-autoavaliacao-de-programas-de-pos-graduacao-pdf\">Fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o conceitual: Grupo de Trabalho CAPES \u2013 Autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Programas de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Pol\u00edtica de a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas do programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deve estar alinhada ao cap\u00edtulo \u201cEquidade, Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de Assimetrias e Diversidade\u201d, em especial ao item \u201c<strong>Vis\u00e3o da \u00c1rea quanto \u00e0s pol\u00edticas afirmativas de inclus\u00e3o, perman\u00eancia e acessibilidade<\/strong>\u201c, dispon\u00edveis no respectivo documento de \u00e1rea atualizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta deve explicitar como o programa estruturar\u00e1 sua pol\u00edtica de a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas, incluindo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reserva de vagas (conforme a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/soc.ufpr.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/RESOLUCAO-No-02-25-CEPE.pdf\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 02\/25-CEPE<\/a>) e outras estrat\u00e9gias de inclus\u00e3o, quando aplic\u00e1ves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mecanismos de perman\u00eancia e acompanhamento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alinhamento \u00e0s diretrizes institucionais da UFPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomenda-se explicitar as estrat\u00e9gias as voltadas a estudantes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, pessoas pretas e pardas, ind\u00edgenas, quilombolas, pessoas com defici\u00eancia, pessoas surdas ou minorias lingu\u00edsticas, pessoa trans (transexuais e travestis) e pessoas refugiadas, solicitantes de ref\u00fagio ou portadoras de acolhida humanit\u00e1ria e ap\u00e1tridas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do Setor e dos Departamentos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inserir no processo SEI a&nbsp;<strong>aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta pelo Conselho Setorial e pelos departamentos que ter\u00e3o professores participando do corpo docente<\/strong>&nbsp;do programa, n\u00e3o sendo suficiente aprova\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<em>ad referendum<\/em>, uma vez que o Setor deve manifestar formalmente seu compromisso com a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura necess\u00e1ria ao pleno funcionamento do PPG, incluindo&nbsp;<strong>recursos humanos<\/strong>&nbsp;para a secretaria. Esse documento dever\u00e1 constar no processo at\u00e9 o momento da homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta na Plataforma Sucupira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Detalhamento da infraestrutura de ensino e pesquisa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta deve apresentar descri\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<strong>detalhada<\/strong>&nbsp;da infraestrutura dispon\u00edvel para o PPG, contemplando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>salas de aula utilizadas pelo curso;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laborat\u00f3rios de ensino e pesquisa relacionados \u00e0s linhas do programa e seus principais equipamentos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infraestrutura de inform\u00e1tica dispon\u00edvel (computadores, softwares especializados, acesso \u00e0 internet e bases de dados, inclusive servi\u00e7os ofertados pela AGTIC e pelo SiBi);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biblioteca (acervo relevante para o curso e acesso ao Portal de Peri\u00f3dicos CAPES e outras bases de dados);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>estrutura administrativa de apoio ao programa (secretaria, apoio t\u00e9cnico etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer\u00eancias institucionais:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a
